**TheoWave – Terms of Service**

By subscribing to TheoWave, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Content Scope:**

Subscriptions grant access to weekly reports, Friday Zoom workshops, and selected insights. TheoWave does not provide personalized investment advice or real-time trade alerts unless stated otherwise.

2. **Usage Restrictions:**

All content, including written analysis, graphics, and Zoom sessions, is protected and may not be redistributed, recorded, or reused without explicit permission.

3. **Subscription Management:**

Subscribers are responsible for managing their own subscriptions. Cancellation must be done via Substack. No partial refunds will be issued after the billing cycle starts.

4. **Community Conduct:**

Members must remain respectful. Abuse, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. **Zoom Participation:**

Zoom links are exclusive to paid members and must not be shared. Workshops may be recorded for internal use but not public distribution.
